Her mom actually took this picture so I can’t take credit for that. I used Vector Magic to convert the photograph to a vector image. Vector Magic used to be free to use but it loks like they now add a “water mark” to the results.

I took a walk on the beach hoping to capture a great sunset shot. They didn’t turn out how I imagined but with a little help from Picasa’s warmify I like this one.

I used white paper as a back drop and bounced the flash off another piece of white paper to the right.

I haven’t taken any pictures this week but I wanted to post something. So here is a picture of my beautiful daughter playing at the park. She’ll be 3 pretty soon. Time sure does fly.

I took a bunch of pictures of the kids when we went to the park one day after school. It was a nice park. I hadn’t been there before.
Sean loves the monkey bars and had a great time challenging himself to make it all the way a crossed. The regular monkey bars were easy for him but the ring like ones were a true challenge. He made it. After a few falls.

Last season, Samuel and I went to a Giants game days before Bonds hit the record breaking home run. We had a great time and I took this series of shots to capture the beauty of AT&T park. I created a panorama using Hugin Panorama photo stitcher. It’s open source and available on any platform (I used Linux). Took me around 15 minutes from the first time I opened the application to the finished image.

I took this picture last summer (if not earlier). Sage was exploring the flowers in front of our house. I think this is one of the first pictures I took with the DSLR just for fun.
